I own a Concept 2 rower. It’s great and can be stored vertically when not in use.

$700-$1100 if you’re lucky to find one for sale.

Been on my Ergatta for a week now. It's early, but it's cool to get a full body workout and great Cardio at the same time.

Man, I could only pull off 15 minutes the first couple of days. But it is a great workout. I've been using Dark Horse WOD for guidance and even the "easy" kicks my arse. I had an average heart rate of 152 for 30 minutes yesterday and I am 46.

Seems the good ones are air resistance which will of course be noisy. Any alternatives?

I don’t know shite about rowers but I know that they make water resistance rowers. I see them at the gym and use them. Seem great to me.

Apple Fitness + has rowing workouts. They are good for days when I need someone to tell me what to do and I don’t have to think about it.

They post three workouts a day for the Concept 2. Complete with key instructions to enter it into the machine. Then you just follow along.

Don’t water rowers use a chain?
