I haven't, but know people who've bought from Rep Fitness.
For me, Rogue and EliteFTS are top tier stuff. Rep Fitness is cheaper, and I've generally heard solid things about them.
Titan seems to be the cheap option most people complain about. I have two Titan pieces, and they've been ok for me, though.

I have a Titan rack and bench now, no complaints on rack, but the bench is garbage

I have the first gen AB-3100 and it's a beast. Can't be beat for the money IMO

Rep adjustable is only maybe beat and it's a maybe by a raw crowther bench which isn't made anymore. The rep with the foot catch for decline and the zero gap best available imo.
