Recs: Weighted Vest & Pulley System

Anyone have recommendations on a weighted vest for long walks? Would be more interested in an adjustable one as I've never used one before and probably will want to find the sweet spot to work with.
More importantly: Does anyone have a plate loaded pulley system to do lat pull downs, tricep work, etc?
A buddy of mine recommend PulleyPro, but was curious if anyone has any recommendations for something like this. OR have used one before. PulleyPro

There's some YT videos where a dude shows you how to build your own for about $20 worth of material at HD. I'll see if I can find that for you.
here's one

Amazon
This set is $34 on Amazon, but doesn't appear to include a lat bar and uses nylon rope instead of a cable. I'm sure there's something decent on there though.
My vest is a free NRA backpack I fill with 10 pound plates. Not good for running, but definitely works for walking and weighted pushups. It would be fine for weighted pullups too but I'm not close to needing that.

i have the cross 101 that goes up to 80 lbs. but LINK from cap has a lot of good reviews and is much cheaper.
on the pulley system, depending on your rack you could get something like the surplus strength ups system.
if not anything like the pulley pro will work fine.
another idea is to make something like this
LINK
im working on my own right now.

I have the Titan rack mounted high and low pulley system. No complaints at all. Just make sure you have the space to perform whatever movements you want to perform. Also have a 5.11 vest and love it, but it isn’t adjustable unless you buy multiple plates for it.

I have the spud Inc pulley. I got the high pulley for I think $89 on sale. It works good.
