Looking for recommendations on a protein powder for post workout that meets the following criteria
Low carb
Not whey
No sucralose
Evidently my stomach doesn't like whey protein or artificial sweeteners, particularly sucralose
Has anyone tried a collagen type protein that they like?

if its for post workout, try peptopro from truenutrition. its a hydralized casein.
But I beef protein and egg protein are both very good.

I think you don't do well in whey because of the lactose. Isopure doesn't have lactose I believe.

First, I'd try Naked Goat.
It's goat whey with nothing added. I didn't do well on regular cow whey but did great on Naked Goat.
I recently switched to their "Less Naked" chocolate, which has a few carbs but uses coconut sugar.

I've used a few collagen proteins, but you need to use several servings to get in the vicinity of 30g.
Otherwise, I'd just eat extra meat and forget liquid protein entirely.

That's what I had been doing but the new job assignment has me out in the middle of nowhere and it's a pretty good ride from the gym to where I'm staying
