So weighed in at 205.2 this morning, down from 214.6 last week. So overall good week.

Just had my free/refeed meal of a hamburger, fries and two hot dogs. Hopefully I can get below 200 before I leave for Disney on the 8th

Grilling up the chicken for the week now.

yea keep at it and it will come off. I cheated this morning, legs were dead and I have squats and deads tonight so had a subway sandwich. Rest of day will just be protein shakes. I have until next thursday then its off to disney for a few days. When I get back, I am going to 2k calories, 300g protein, 100g carbs and the rest fats on training days. 1750 on non with no carbs.

Was going to play tennis for a few hours tonight, but I might take off and rest. Whole body is sore from lifting and I'm just tired as hell.

Just gonna keep pushing through this diet for another 2 weeks then figure out what I'll do after.

Been waking up feeling bloated which is weird since it's so little food.

better be some wooshing happening in the next couple of days. My weight was dropping quicker a couple weeks ago when I was just making sure to get 2k cal for 7 days (binge brought it back up).

Might get some magnesium citrate tomorrow if things don't start moving around today

Makes you shite.

Haven’t shite since Friday. I don’t shite often, but I also don’t feel this bloated often either.

Started on 1/22/18 weighing ~170, down to 166 this morning. The first weekend was tough and I didn't do so great. Been doing good this whole week though. Going to carry the momentum through the weekend. Not doing anything for the Superbowl, so that should help.

I'm 5'5" and my goal is to see my abs before I turn 40 on June 30th.

10g of fish oil meaning 10 grams of fat, correct?

The capsules I have are 2.5 grams of fat per 2 capsules. So I’d take 8 a day right?

I mean, you want it as lean as possible, which also will lower the amount of calories too. I think I had a couple of days with meats like this but for the duration, it was very lean meats.

You must consume fats to produce hormones and to take in fat soluble vitamins.

Everyone wants fast results but having a healthy diet is a lifestyle and it would be best for the average person that isn't knowledgeable of the precautions to take with drastic dieting to have something they can continue long term

No offense but I laid everything everyone needs to know that wants to take on this diet. If you don't like the concept of this diet, good post in the hundreds of other threads.

Everyone that takes on this diet knows what it is, a scientific approach to crash dieting. This thread isn't about lifestyle or long term results it's about jump starts or quick weight loss for a deadline.
