I got you by a year. What weight were you and where are you now?
What's your height?

Was it mainly Keto? I'm trying to do it again. I was at my weight I wanted 4 years ago but now I've ballooned up higher.

Yeah may start back in a couple of weeks. It worked greatly for me and I was able to maintain the weight and look until around Sept. Fall Football and Holidays, there was no getting around it.

Here for ya

Gonna weigh in and take measurements tomorrow. I’m around 225-230. Would like to get down to around 215 with RFL. Then work down to 205-210.

Just broke my fast with coffee and a scoop of whey.

About to start grilling all my chicken for the week at halftime of this game.

I just finished my workout. Doing the 6 weeks to superhero program. Felt great through 3 rounds, thought I was gonna die on the 4th circuit especially the power cleans.

I went quite a bit over on fat today but zero carbs and fasted 18 hours. Have my chicken ready for tomorrow

Not lifting tomorrow so I should try to fast as long as possible to fend off the bored hunger at night.

Need to get some cardio in at some point. Might go at 5am or after work.

I think this is CT’s best program. I’d do it if I was more well versed in Olympic lifting. I’m just a poor ole powerlifter though.

this and his built for bad circuits are awesome, but they are very very taxing on the body. I cut it back to 1 circuit per day right now plus a 10 min met con at lunch. Bad thing about both superhero and built for bad is you pretty much have to workout in a garage gym or crossfit style gym as they take up too much room for a commercial gym.

also on the Olympic lifts, he just has you do power cleans and snatches in the program. I do muscle snatches which is essentially get the damn weight up any way possible.

I was just reading up on that superhero program and agree no way I could or would want to take up that many different things to do those circuits in a commercial gym.
