I quit several times on week 5 when It says run for 20 minutes. You just need the right tunes and mindset. You can do it!

I’m not a runner by any rams. This was a huge accomplishment for me. It’s way more mental than physical

Final week of this round of dieting. I didn't lose any weight last week, despite increasing my walking to 50min every day, so I dropped my calories to 1800. This is gonna hurt but I it's only a week.

Same here. I did a two-day fast last month. I'm trying for a three-day fast this time. We'll see how it goes. Last meal was Saturday night so I'm trying to make it until tomorrow night. Feeling OK so far.

About to finish up 23 hour with a big ole ribeye and a wedge salad.

Probably just do 23 hour fasts each day this week.

Just finished another 23 hour. Feeling good. Not even hungry, but I made this huge salad.

About to do a quick home workout circuit. Pushups, mountain climbers, burpees, sit-ups.

Have just finished 3 weeks back lifting. My shoulders seem to be holding up

I have no clue what’s going on though

The scale has gone up but the belt has to be tightened when put on though. I’m happier about inches. Weight to me is relative.

This is what I've been trying to do lately. It seems like I can adapt to it pretty easily once I do it but if something happens and I get off that eating routine, it's hard for me to get back on it.

Weighed in at 235 this morning 10 lbs to go to attain my goal. I’m already thinking I can go for 210 though.

Way to go. I noticed that when I would hit 255, that's when my face really started to slim up. I go the most compliments then. Now, I see that when I get under 238, my stomach looks smaller. Keep it up Hulk.

Funny story, I am looking at life insurance policies so I had a nurse come to my house to run a screen. Told her about my weight loss and she started talking about how some people, when they lose weight, have beautiful faces underneath the fat. Then she said I look like a male model... IDK what kind of models she's been looking at but I took it as a nice compliment.

I got off of the keto train a few weeks ago when we found my cholesterol skyrocketed to 296, LDL was super high and HDL/cholesterol ratio was really bad. More blood work soon to make sure it comes back down.

In better news, I only gained about 3 pounds getting off of keto and that's coming down. Sitting around 257 at maintenance.

I've stopped tracking. I'm following basic nutrition guidelines from Precision Nutrition and it's serving me well. I still weigh my food out to maintain portion control but not actively tracking.

Towards the end of July I'll be going back to tracking and losing fat again. Going to do 12 weeks this time. Want to lose 10lb in 12 weeks.

I was looking for this thread!

Lost 22 pounds over the last few weeks.
Still have the gut and love handles but not NEAR as bad and my neck-fat is gone.
Just started hitting the weights.

You could do this by just sitting on your couch and not eating so much sugar.

You clearly haven't been keeping up with me in this thread of you think I'm eating tons of sugar and sitting on my couch

I CrossFit 3-4 times/week and walk 30-45 minutes and stretch on off days. My diet is comprised of primarily whole foods; I'm getting around 200-220g protein/day and 40-50g fiber/day. I typically track my macros very closely, although right now I'm in a maintenance phase and am not tracking closely.

Weight loss is a struggle for me. I'm overcoming my bad habits but I still have a shitty thyroid (yes, I take medication) and a shitty metabolism.

I'm taking a very slow, controlled approach. I've lost weight a ton of different ways and never have I felt so in control of my eating

Dude that's awesome. Enjoy the maintenance, get that strength up and get those gainz while you can. Just don't get crazy with it.
