We are just all over the place with 777. We need our leader back

I think I’m going to do one of Aaron’s IG tomorrow morning.

Finished up W1 of DB today second time through. Recording weights definitely feels like I’m pushing more so Looking forward to the next 3 weeks seeing how far I can push the weight

Curvy/Thick Road looks pretty good. I’m thinking about doing it Wednesday.

Today was intense and I'm definitely drained. The 10x10 SS got the pump really going. Threw a KB mile and a 45 min body weight circuit in also.

Just finished Pump city day 5. Deadlifting felt good to do again but I threw in a few warmup sets rather than jumping right into 73% so I was tired after. I finally got some cheapo straps, and for Meadows rows they are a game changer (i sub these in for one arm db rows). My forearms are super pumped after the reverse grip bb curl/hammer curl cardio. There was nothing in the Cybex machines or cables that I used last month that lit forearms up like that did.

Did day4 squatober, lucky sevens. Fast and fairly light which is great because my legs have never been so sore. Heavy front squats are a unique beast I am finding out.

Pump city squat AMRAP days always deliver. Might take a nap this afternoon.

Big back billy rep schemes for bench and squat look amazing (high rep finisher sets after pyramiding up in weights and down on reps). I bet that would be a fun program

Day 5 squatober complete with front squats "simple strong " , easy and fast.

Lsu777 says he is up for whatever we vote in, I propose we all nominate one we like then vote. Every program I look at has something I like doubt we can go wrong.

A little pet peeve of mine..

Just finished flat bench and want to hit incline DB and a dude jumps on the adjustable incline bench to hit shoulder presses when there is a fixed seated DB shoulder press bench 5’ from him.

W3D1 DB

I’m liking this one so far. So easy to get my workouts done and not have to worry about people hogging the squat racks.

I've looked seriously at Brickhouse, big backBilly, and hypertrophy.

My vote goes to big back Billy a 4 day a week plan that hits back daily. I'm guessing this is a 60 to 75min day and after squats for a month a backplan sounds good.

I have so many of them in the can, for the rest of the year I have PS1&2, Hypertrophy, Meat Wagon, Turnt Up, House of Rising Buns, & Big Back Billy. Not sure of which order I'll try them.

I'm down for Big Back Billy if we go that route. I'll be ok with any 4 day plan. Just excited to get back under the bar next month.

10x10 Bench today wasn't too bad. Side and rear lat SS had me burning. The "heavy and hard" skullcrushers were fun. It's weird, but I really enjoy skullcrushers. Decided to deviate a little on them from the plan. Not a fan of the single DB Skullcrushers. I much prefer the EZ-Bar skullcrushers. It's less pain on my bottom thumb and I feel like I get deeper reps when I dont have to stack my hands on a single DB.

Edit to add that Im up for a 4 or 5 day plan. If we do a 4 day plan would anyone be able to suggest any stand-alone workouts that target different groups each week?

Me too. I would rather a 5 day plan though. I hate doing a random workout on Wednesdays

I’m good for 5 also if others want it. I’m in here 5 days a week anyway.
