Pump city has a Bulgarian/reverse lunge superset that is brutal. A few weeks of doing them regularly and you really notice a difference in your balance/form/weight you can use but they never seem to get easier haha.

Rest day today so I ride elliptical for 35min and am gonna do abs and some calisthenics shortly

Overall a fairly light day today. Need to prep mentally for tomorrow; 10x10 SS of squats and rows.

I dunno that program, but I’d suggest doing the rows chest supported to save your lower back from form breaking down when you’re gassed about 80 squats in

You're 100% right. The plan is 10x10 back squats and 10x10 chest supported 2-arm DB rows. I plan on taking a good 2-3 min rest between sets. I may hit the gym early while it's quiet so I dont make anyone upset hogging the rack.

I can't stand still during the rests, so I'm always pacing around the gym between sets. It probably looks ridiculous, but oh well.

Front squatober day 2 done.

That amrap in 10min I got 13.
Added 45lbs to my last set of chins which is a pr for me

I got 19 doubles if I remember right and then 14 or 15 triples. The triples kicked my arse

I’ve been wanting to run Brickhouse too. Might not be great for those running strongville or squatober this month tho haha

I definitely want to do something as a group again. I prefer those months when we all do the same thing.

I would do brickhouse again, really good results. You’re right, people doing strongville probably don’t want to do deadlifts 4 days a week (2 conventional, 2 snatch grip) on big back billy.

Hypertrophy would be a good one for everyone coming off DB and strongville

I'm running superset next. Want to run a MWF schedule for a bit to free up some family time.

That looks like a slightly more balanced arm farm. Front squat/bent over row superset looks gnarly haha

When lsu is back we should vote maybe in time for an April start. I like doing a group one too especially after a couple months of anarchy

I haven't done a group plan before, but definitely want to. I was planning on starting Oak Tree 3/27, but can hold off and piece meal a couple of his Instagram routines together for a week or so.
