I think I’ll go 5 sets of 20 for each.

I’m doing arm farm and my arms don’t fit most of my sleeves good anymore
I’ve also been on it since December like every time I fell off the wagon and missed a week at the gym I’d start it over

Squatober day 1 done. Modifying to front squats and had to sub out close grip pushup because I jacked my left shoulder on a gnarly ski crash making a nagging left shoulder pain worse.

Strongville W2D2 done. Deadlifts felt good. Increased weight on accessory lifts mostly.

I’m finishing up Pump City today! Really liked the program and got some solid gains in my deadlift as well as losing some xmas weight.

Rest day competed
Took 70 minutes. The 17 rep set took it out of me on every lift. 17 reps of deadlifts killed me. Then the 200 curls and 200 pull downs.

Had a long weekend and got off schedule by missing Monday.

Yeah, my shoulder has been twingy. 20 even with just the bar would have it lit up.
I've got 17 for my first set today and I'm going bar only.

Jose did you hear about the new gym opening on MLK? Club4 Fitness. Someone said that if Planet Fitness and Powerhouse had a baby, that would be it. Pictures from the Kenner location look legit.
