Got my fourth and final workout of the week in to keep me on pace.
Back Squats
Oxidative Squats
Overhead Pin Press
Nunchuck (towel) Pullups
A-Triangle
Face Pulls
1 set of weighted Pullups... as many as possible for a minute.
20 min bodyweight HIIT
New week tomorrow but the toughest week to finish has been accomplished.

Nice bump.
So our baby was born on the 23rd, a Thursday. So i didnt go to the gym again until the following wednesday, but still managed to get all four lift days in.
