Just finished the third workout of Pool season which I found thanks to this thread. Loving it so far and having the paper in the gym with me has really helped to focus and adhere. I don’t see myself going back to the ad libbed workouts I’d been doing.

It's really a night and day difference when I workout with a program.

I had the same experience, are you going to do Pool Season II once you finish the first?

That's the plan unless any of the more experienced guys in here suggest a different route.

I did Pool Season 2 right after Pool Season 1. My results were really good, so I put my brother and my son on it. Both of them have really changed their physiques.

I did the same and am recycling through them again right now. Big fan of both

LPT: I have been using a magnetic clip to hold my workout sheets, since a lot of the workouts include squats and deadlifts I can stick my workout sheets right to the squat rack. Very convenient and it keeps them out out of the way.

I think that field is optional

That field is to confirm email address. It has a note underneath the field I think. Kinda strange.

Arm farm was awesome. I didn’t realize the current version was “remastered”

I just did a mock run like checking out and I am not seeing a field for business name then again I usually go through PayPal when buying the programs.

Got a few weeks until Pool Season II will finish and I think I am either going to do Dr. Jacked or Oak Tree before joining in on the fun of Squatober.

Welp. The 25 reps of skull crushers and curls in The Mullet got me. I'll be on IR for a week.

I’ve been doing tri extensions on the cable machine rather than those. I hate skull crushers

Think I’ll be switching back to that as well. I got excited because I wanted to use my new curl bar for them haha.

I never really did like skull crushers.

If I am doing skulls I usually go light, don't feel like hurting myself.
