I found the LCI method due to your post around 6mo ago and thanks are definitely in order. Have achieved more than I thought I would. My question is should I keep running this or is there a similar program or one you may recommend for the same type of training. I have a nutritionist who is doing my diet jus wanting a fresh routine. Thanks again my unknown friend

Not 777, but are you still making gains?

If you are continually gaining in anything, keep it rolling. You have plenty of time to try other programs if that one stalls.

Honestly the guys above hit it on the head, don't change what isn't broken. But if you are honestly just bored, I get it. Human nature can be a bitch. What are your goals going forward? Do you want to keep using the LCI layout?

Where were you 6 months ago? I am the same height as you, but need to lose 55lbs to get to 6 ft. 190lbs

I'm putting on muscle and strength (greyskull type workout) but not sure about how long it will be to get weight down.
