I bit the bullet. Spent a couple a hundred on some lights. Just started yesterday. suppose to notice within 2 weeks.

if i see some studies that show it substantially helps recovery of athletes....ill get one for my kids

I wouldnt mind the one for the face just to help anti aging but im gonna need to see more studies on it and frankly the safety long term on does it possibly hurt skin cancer etc


i havent seen enough to know. and this isnt something like a chemical where i can trace out the reactions the body will have and decide if I am comfortable using it or not
