Idk Taco Bell in the 90s was like straight food poisoning so we never went
It seems highly unlikely that Taco Bell is using less ingredients and higher quality ingredients now.

There is absolutely no way at 200 lbs you are eating 400g of protein a day. That is 50g per 2 hours in a 16 hour day, unless you are on that Liver King steroid diet and have unlimited funds.

I didn’t say I was doing this anymore, I’m 40 years old frick all that , I did this in my early 20s when I was doing dc training and yes I was doing that.

I can easily hit 200 with no shakes in only 4 meals. Nothing to add 50g whey right when I wake up, another as a snack, 50g post workout and 50 before bed.

It’s really not that hard

I just plugged it into mfp
4 meals of 8oz ground beef
1 meal of 12 oz chicken breast
2 shakes with 50g each with fairlife fat free milk

Roughly 2500 cals and 420g protein and I could easily eat that, add some rice and not that hard at all.

This is how we were eating back then on DC training

Well that's cool. Here come the farts.

Protein alone doesn’t cause this. Carbohydrates do.
