I was consistent in the gym for about 6 years, but ten months ago, I ruptured two discs in my lower back. Went through pt without much relief, finally received some injections last week and today was the first time in ten months I've been able to do much more than walk.
Anyway. I'm looking for a mobility/yoga program to follow to continue to rehab, strengthen my core, and maintain joint health. Any suggestions on this?
Once I get some range of movement, core strength, and mobility back I'll slowly get back into lifting more than dumbells.

GOWOD is the one I use. It was a little cheaper than the one Salmon mentioned. I have nothing to compare it to, but have liked it so far.

I use bulldog yoga online to supplement the classes I attend 3-4 times a week.

I use GOWOD as well and really like it.
I chose GOWOD over ROMWOD due to reading reviews that ROMWOD was too advanced and people had issues completing the workouts. I have mobility issues, so decided to start basic with GOWOD and really like it.
