Good Morning all. Ive been in xfit about 18 months now and want more technical instruction on the olympic lifts. Does a 4-hour seminar exist any where? thanks in advance for any feedback.

Gale Hatch has them in Baton Rouge.

USA Olympic lifting offers a weekend long USA level 1 for ppl like you and most all strength coaches obtain that cert early in their careers.

If you are in Laffy, why not just go to that room in Red's where are the alpha lifters lift? There are some serious lifters in Red's. I am sure you could get all the knowledge you would need by just watching them train.

Kyle Pierce has them from time to time at LSUS. He's one of the best Weightlifting coaches in the country.

I second Dr Pierce. Suppoppper nice guy, will answer any email you send his way.

Hell it would be worth the ride to Shreveport over Gayle Hatch (he really doesn’t teach the class anymore, usually a GA).

Matt Bruce, former 2x Olympic Team Member (alternate) coaches out of RSCF. He is 50% owner of Brute Strength along with Michael Cazayoux, and he trains lifters from 3:30-6:30 M-F.

He’s your man in BR now with Hatch getting up in age.
