Anyone here think they could qualify to compete if they practice hard enough? Wish I lived near a lake. Well maybe not Olympic but maybe a local race

Could I paddle the course? Sure. Could I finish in anything approaching a competitive time? Hell no. Those guys look like they're jet powered. The canoeists too, which are just as impressive if not moreso.

Maybe i hould look for a rowing club. i love the rhythem and methodiccal appproach of getting a constant pace on the water
