Does anybody know if gyms are included? I cannot imagine exercising with a mask on.

I'm sure they will mass email everyone once they know more info. Back to home gym only for me.

Yeah I'm ok with wearing a mask most of the time but there's no way I'm crossfitting in a mask. Burpees in a mask?

I just heard that planet fitness is requiring mask inside the gym.

The one on highland and airline next to the Albertsons is requiring it.

I like to mix in cables and machines on my fifth day. Plus my home gym is still a work in progress.

I read the order. Gyms are included but only at entry and exit of the facility.

eta

All persons over the age of 2 must wear some form of covering that fits snugly over their nose and mouth, such as a commercially made or homemade fabric mask, scarf, bandana or handkerchief, at all times while inside all commercial and nonprofit entities in the City-Parish providing goods or services directly to the public, except:

d) when the person is at a gym or fitness center, however, a face covering must be worn upon entering and exiting gyms or other fitness or recreational facilities

I appreciate the info and I'm glad I won't have to wear a mask while working out but

............

That is so fricking dumb.

I assume its for places that have areas where people are hanging around or have locker rooms open.
