Day 7 of first 100 mg shot. Started feeling worse 2 days ago, gradually getting worse. Protocol has me taking 0.25 ml in 3 days, and another 0.25 ml every 5 days thereafter.

I know these are lower doses than suggested on here, but Drs initial orders. I’m documenting how I’m feeling to communicate it to him.

How long does it usually take to feel a difference?

almost 4 weeks in, a itchy AF rash started popping up at the injection site last week and it lasts for ~2 days. Internet says I'm likely developing an allergy to the oil. Lovely

Glad to hear. Just had all my hormones checked and my test is 278.
I work out 4 to 5 days per week, try for 5, and eat a high protein diet.
The healthcare provider wants to put me on the TRT cream, rub it behind my knees of the back part of my legs!
Any thoughts on this method?

I am 51 and seemingly in good health though the blood work says my hormones are not optimally functioning.
It sure takes a heck of a lot of work to stay healthy. I am also hiring a dietician to help with the eating. I thought I was doing good but the results from blood work say I need to do things different.

Dammit

I can go back and forth SubQ and IM with testosterone cypionate right? I'm using the 30g 5/16" needles that came with my prescription for SubQ. I'd assume those are too short for IM? Kinda want to try an IM injection to see before ordering new stuff

Try shallow IM (1/2” 27g). Works great for me and barely feel a thing.

You're allergic to the cottonseed carrier oil that they use with 99% of pharma cypionate. Have them switch you to enanthate which uses sesame oil as its carrier. I also have some made with grapeseed or MIG840 (fully synthetic with water-like consistency) that I can send you to try

Looks like my carrier oil is miglyol 812n

I'm going to give it another couple of weeks then maybe try a couple IM injections before going to something else. I have a whole new vial that arrived today

New to the TRT world, just about 3 weeks in. Hadn’t noticed a whole lot of difference but I’m not worried about that as I know it takes a while. One question I have is on the injection days, should I try and do it around same time frame each day or does that matter at all? Right now I’m kind of all over the place. Some mid day, some before bed, etc. TIA

It doesn’t need to be that specific but I just do it every Monday & Thursday AM right after my morning shower. Makes it easier to not skip doses when you have a routine. I draw it up the night before and it is sitting next to my supplements the next morning.

yea can go back and fourth and yes too short. you will want 25 or 27g 1" assuming you are not morbidly obese. If you are pretty fat then go 1.5"

Looks $$ to me. If you’re feeling good and having no negative sides. That’s about where I run but it takes me 250mg to get there. You respond well

Yep feeling great other than this stupid itchy rash. I’m going to give it another vial before trying to get my doc to switch carrier oil

I use MCT and haven’t had issues. But I do IM, not subQ. It’s worth a shot if the rash continues.

No, I elected to do it due to my free test. Total test doesn't mean a whole lot

Yeah, I didn’t think about that. My most recent blood work had my total test at 329 and my free test at 76. Doctor said no way lol
