I've used a certain website for years that sells 10cc bottles of 250mg/ml for less than $60. It lasts me 5 months or so .

Yeah TestC is ridiculously cheap. Theres GoodRX and then there’s tons of reliable UGL out there. I pay $70 per 10 vials, that’s 25,000mg.

With goodrx it’s only like 40 a month if insurance doesn’t cover

What should I search for on the site to find this?

That’s not bad if testosterone and labs are included.

Those clinics are good to get initially diagnosed and dialed in IF you don’t have a knowledgeable PCP or urologist who will prescribe it. The pcp route is always cheaper but most are clueless when it comes to HRT.

Testosterone Cypionate

Planning on bringing this up at my next PCP visit. He’s been testing me for the last few years. What specific testosterone parameter results should I be looking at? 45 yrs old, free was in the 700s in 2022 and currently in the 300s (doesn’t specify “free” on the latest lab report but it’s the same reference range).

Looking on goodrx and there are coupons etc, different dosages and # of vials (ex 4 vials of 1ml of 200 ml/mg for about $28). How will I know how much I need? Are these pills, or injections?

You’d need a total T, Free T, and SHBG. That 700 was your total and a drop from 700 to 300 is pretty damn drastic. I’d recheck a testosterone panel and go from there.

200mg/mL 1mL vials is what I get prescribed. It’s an IM/SubQ injection, whichever you prefer.

Just started TRT about week and half ago. Started me at 140 mg/week (two shots of 70 mg a week). I struggle with bad anxiety/panic and definitley felt that ramp up right after the 2nd shot. Had to lower the weekly dose down to 100 mg (two shots of 50 mg).

I'm sticking with it as I hear its supposed to help anxiety/panic in the long term but its been a challenge so far. Anyone else have issues with this and if so, did it get better? How long does it typically take to start feeling "good"? A few weeks? months?

I think it is in your head. I dont believe you would feel any changes after your 2nd shot.

I’m at 180 mg/week

No, if anything my anxiety has gone down significantly. I can start to tell I’m getting leaner but beginning to retain just a little more water

Does BCBS cover TRT?

I don't have a PCP is it best to start at one of the TRT clinics or go find a PCP? I'm not sure what my latest test levels are.

I know every plan is different.

Do you know if there are certain requirements for yours?

What was your number prior to trt?

And did you do any serious training prior to trt?
