I’m not fat for real. I got off the beer and basically live off tuna fish and eggs

It took me my whole life to figure out that you can’t outlift a shitty diet but losing the joy of food where even if you eat something that tastes good you think about how you’re getting fat is kinda rough. But yeah not as cut as I want to be. The worst is going from “big guy” to just regular guy but at least my feet don’t hurt.

Baw skip the bullshite just get you about 10 to 12 vials of Tren and a shitload of steaks, eggs, and protein powder and turn yourself into a physical freak.

Hair is overrated I didn’t lose mine on 1g of tren a week. I finally started to lose mine when I used 1.2g a week of Masteron. Just stay away from that and you will be ok.

5-8 rep range

12-16 sets.

Eat high protein , tear it up, fuel it back up, recover and do it again and again.
