Went to the doc's office the other day. This was on their supplementation list for abnormal clotting due to spike protein exposure. Given my family's history of heart disease, this seemed like an easy supplement for me to justify.

I’ve been taking 4000fu daily for a while. Haven’t seen any good info on dosing or overdosing. Is there an amount that’s too much or has negative side effects at some point?

The FLCC protocol is for 2000-4000 FU twice daily. Probably do the 2000 once daily.

Nattokinase from fermented soy, Serrapeptase from silkworms, and Lumbrokinase from earthworms are 3 excellent proteolytic enzyme supplements. They aid the body in breaking down and dissolving excess fibrin protein (blood clots & scar tissue) and have potent anti-inflammatory and anti-edemic (swelling) effects. Serrapeptase also has profound benefits in the reduction of pain. Studies have shown that lumbrokinase is slightly more potent than nattokinase and about 300x more effective than serrapeptase. You must avoid taking any natural or medicinal blood thinner while using these enzymes because they are also very effective blood thinners.

I've heard a lot of good things about it, been meaning to do some investigation on it myself.

Surprised a doctor's office would be recommending this, let alone having a supplementation list for abnormal clotting due to spike protein exposure.
