It's crazy to me how so many on this board believe just because someone has a US based "cool" website that they think they are getting a different product.
You're getting the same shite from China, repackaged and marked up thru the roof.
Also, crazy how many people are using this stuff and have no clue about where or how to get your product tested.
its shocking, mind blowing even. Even doctors are doing it and then claiming its US based.
you will have companies on X say...oh we compound everything in the US......ask for proof and they cant provide it. ask for where they got the APIs to compound it....well china
fricking exactly
mind blowing

777, really appreciate your knowledge. I've learned a lot from you and others on the Health board.
Forgive my ignorance, but a couple of questions;
-Is tesamorelin not HGH? I saw someone compare tesa to single A and hgh to MLB
-If not, where to get hgh? I used lioncore for the first time this past week and am getting KLOW in the mail today
-Is hgh still helpful/beneficial without test?
no tesa is not hgh
tesamorlin is a Growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH)
it is considered a GH analog along with growth hormone releasing peptide (GHRP)
think of growth hormone pulse to be similar to a sine wave
a ghrh increases the amplitude of each gh pulse. Thats all it does, it tells the body....hey when you release a GH pulse release more. This would be your Tesamorlin, Sermorelin, CjC-1295 & CJC 1295 no dac(GFR 1-29) and mk677
a ghrp increases the frequency of thsoe pulses. this would be things like ghrp-6, ipamorelin, hexarelin, ghrp-2
to get the best results, you need to combine the two so that the body is producing bigger pulses more ofter
see visual below. if you increase amplitude & frequency of the waves, you get better results
so the ghrp & ghrh are just peptides that tell the body to naturally produce more.....but in 99% of cases, you still are not going to get outside of normal range, just in to the top of the normal which is sitll great. Now you can get outside normal range but it requires 3x-4x per day injections plus boom dosing ipam and at that point might as well spend the money for HGH
so HGH is the complete replacement of your natural gh production. Think of HGH as TRT and the analog peptides as a test booster.
yes hgh is helpful without test but its much better with.
but before you go doing any of that
figure out what are your goals...what does your blood work say? have you had a real set of bloods pulled? did they give you the actual paper work, not just your doctors feelings on the subject. Hate to be blunt but most doctors dont know shite about bloodwork overall and even less about hormones.

Ive been reading a lot on HGH for the past few weeks mostly on meso forums and chatting with grok. Please let me know if anything I'm saying is wrong. For reference I'm not on TRT or anything else (test numbers are ok and no kids yet).
I have comprehensive blood work annually each of the past 2 years (last done in march). I will get my IGF-1 tested once more - 207 last time. Planning to start with 1 IU daily for a week then ramp up to 4 over a few weeks depending on how I'm responding. I'll get my IGF-1 tested again after about 8-10 weeks, the goal is to be in the low 300s I believe. Ill try to run it daily for about a year but we'll see how it goes. Coming off of it seems like it could be a little smoother with one of the secretagogues for a couple weeks so I plan to do that if I decide to quit.
I've read that it's best to split the dosage into twice per day but I don't think i want to deal with all that. It seems like it's a personal preference on whether to take it in the morning or at night (better fasted cardio results in AM but better sleep/recovery at night). I'm following DC protocols so I don't eat carbs at night- not sure if this changes anything with regards to insulin.
I've read that the adjustment period sucks but is a bit easier if on a diet to help reduce some of the swelling and water retention so I might switch to a cut when I first start.

with no kids, you could do TRT + HCG but I would personally would not and would hold off
BTW Gemini is better for that kind of stuff. Grok and the others want to censor that stuff

that is a very good plan. go up 1iu every 3-4 weeks.
yes using the analog peptides helps with smoothing the transition big time

take it in the morning, use IF until 11-12 and then back load carbs around the workout whenever that is

Wow. Great information here.
Got it. Makes complete sense.
Realistically, I just want to feel rested and recovered. I'm pretty satisfied with my body comp at the moment (6' 204lbs). Was looking into HGH (or actually tesa) for help with sleep and recovery. I get a full panel every year. T was 473 (i'm 36) this past year but I just looked for IGF1 and it was not tested.

realistically....and im not being smart arse I promise....try developing a true night time pattern that is much better for overall sleep about an hour before bed. do some research on sleep hygiene or ask AI to give you a protocol and try following it for 4-6 weeks before deciding to go on anything if that is all you are looking for.

Does anybody here have real life review of GHK-Cu for hair growth?
I just finished a cycle of KLOW blend and didn't notice anything for it but it did exactly what I needed for my abnormal bloodwork that i've been trying to fix for nearly two years. Trying to decide if I want to try GHK-Cu by itself. Currently taking minoxidil and finasteride for the about the last 5 years and have seen great results, but could use a little more of a boost.

My wife has been on it for a few months and her hair is very noticeably more thick and new growth - I started a few weeks ago and crossing my fingers...

It really does help. The results are noticeable, but not drastic. For me, my hair was fuller after about 6 months. I do 1mg daily, 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off.

How in the world did you become so knowledgeable about so much health related things. I have been reading your posts for years and what you know is astonishing.
Do you or will recommend any books or anything that can help others gain insight?
Many thanks for your posts.

30+ years under the bar and 25 of being deep into it
had really good mentors and I am blessed with a mind that works a certain way that helps me a lot in the way i look at things, especially when it comes to engineering, sports and training. unfortunately its the same thing that does not help me in social situations and can hurt me there at times. But i absolutely love to learn new things so I research them. if i dont know something, i pull studies immediately then start reading others opinions on it and start forming my opinion. I dunno, just the way my brain works.
as far as books, most are outdated if not about training
what kind of stuff are you interested in learning about?
