Muscle cramps

I work outside and even though I drink 10 + 16 oz waters a day and a couple Gatorades I still get woken at night with horrible leg cramps. What more can I do to prevent them?

You hydrate the day before and when your body falls behind its hard to catch up. Make sure you are getting plenty of liquids at the very least on Sunday. And as another poster says, Gatorade is full of sugar so there are much better electrolyte drinks.
