Weekend-mornings
Weekday-afternoon

Would love to do lunch but i seem to sweat for an hour or so after a good workout so even with a shower after i wouldnt feel great going back to the office.

My best workouts are on weekends or off days of work around 8-9am.

Evening workouts suffer a little due to sitting down all day.
Early morning workouts suffer a little due to not being 100% awake.

100% this.

Morning workouts. At 5:30am people aren’t bugging me to go out for breakfast or run errands. Too many interruptions in the evenings for me.

Question for all you lunch time guys. How do you have time to shower and eat after training before going back to work? I am assuming you work from home or have an extended lunch.

When I train at lunch, I dont always shower before going back to work. Most of my work is outside with other sweaty people, so I just douse in body spray and get back at it. If I do have some office business to tend to, I just hit up the shower in our break room real quick.

As far as eating, I just do that while I ride a machine/mower or while I answer emails, input payroll, etc.

That's absolutely grotesque. You probably smell like a mix of whore house and BO

Yep that’s what I suspected...I could never do that. I will continue to train at 5 am but least I won’t smell like arse in the office.

I'm not a bad sweater.. If I do have to go in the office afterwards, I shower in the break room shower.

Evening tends to get my heart rate and juices going and i have trouble going to sleep.

I would like mornings because of this, but until my shorty is driving and able to wake himself up in the mornings that's out for me. I try to make sure I'm done by 7:30pm,so that I have time to level out and go to bed.

I have 2 kids ages 6 and 2 which leaves me with no choice but to work out in the morning. I'm usually up around 4:45 and I get started at 5 before everyone wakes up.

Generally depends on what I have going on that day. If I have a work dinner or something that day morning or lunch if not probably evenings. Weekends mid morning.

Been lifting at 5am the past 8 weekdays.

Much better than lifting after work. Got used to getting up at 4:50 after 3 days. Now I’m waking up before my alarm goes off.

Trying to get a 30 minute walk in after dinner each night as well.
