Micronutrients

Right now, I make a morning shake with pineapples, beets, watercress/kale and greek yogurt.
I'll have natural peanut butter every day, almonds, butter and get protein through chicken breast and shrimp. I'm thinking about going back to beef.
Daily multivitamin too. Thoughts from the more knowledgeable diet folks about hitting an appropriate basis of micronutrients?
In general, I'm trying to follow basic vertical diet principles of hitting micronutrient requirements, then using the chicken/shrimp to build protein and the rice to build carbs.
I'm fairly happy with the physical results of it, but could always look to do better.

I think inbgeneral sticking to the vertical diet principles will keep you pretty much right on track but adding green veggies to every meal certainly helps.
Do you feel you are missing something?

Not really, but I have not had recent blood work on that level.
I've never actually paid for any vertical diet stuff. I'm basically working off what I can piece together from free stuff.
That's why I'm asking. I'm not so confident in what I'm doing to think I might not be missing something. It seems ok vs the free templates I've seen...but this is not 100% my wheelhouse.

Throw some homegrown broccoli sprouts into your smoothie. Though the watercress probably adds some sulfloraphane.
Beef will help with iron and b vitamins.

Get some testing done.
I was low on Biotin and Selenium, so that’s pretty much all I take.

I've been using a super food supplement in my morning shakes. Mainly because its hard for me to eat all the vegetables I feel I need. I do throw handfuls of spinach in my morning shake though.
