Been doing keto and Reddit PPL and while that’s a good lifting program, I need to incorporate cardio and high intensity stuff a bit more into my training because i am sick of Keto and would rather eat pretty much what I want but be burning enough fat and calories in my program for it not to matter. I have access to a good gym and space to do virtually anything so I would love some feedback.

I mean why not just keep doing the ppl and just do 10 min of hard conditioning on those days after and then light cardio the other days for like an hour?

But if you want another ppl 3 day program look at ppsa pump city remastered. Any of the ppsa programs work though.

PPL works a lot better as a 5/6 day program so you hit every part twice a week. Like PPLrestPPLrest on an 8 day schedule or else PPLPPL rest Sunday. If you can oniy lift M-F then I’ve seen some PPLupper/lower programs too.

I agree, personally think he would be better off just picking one of the ppsa programs and just running it 3 days a week.

You’ll still want to watch your caloric intake.

Yeah poor wording, I just mean not 100% strict dieting like a nice meal out for an anniversary etc isn’t going to be an issue. That type of thing

Compound lifts plus low intensity steady state cardio. That's all you need to do.
