I use it and like it a lot. I’m a cheap arse and had like 10 sample 3-packs sent to me under different names and addresses. I needed up with 30 servings. The watermelon salt flavor is the best. I mainly use it on days when i run over 6 miles on hotter mornings or do a bunch of yardwork out in the heat.

I just spent $55 on this stuff because of y'all. I workout in my garage 5-6 days per week. Even though I'm in there before the sun comes up, it has been brutal the last few days with the humidity and heat. Don't mind the cost if I just use it during the ridiculously hot and humid months.
