Little help with workout scheduling

Right now my schedule is all screwed up. We just had twin boys 4 months ago and finding time to work out has become incredibly difficult.
Right now I'm getting home and taking care of babies from 4-9pm. On days I do not have work I don't have a problem getting a work out in.
My daily schedule for a work day is as follows: 4am wake up/shower/dress, 5am leave for work, 4pm-9pm get home/care for babies/eat dinner/go to bed.
Is working out after 9pm a good idea if I just have to get up again at 4am. Should I scrunch my work out days into my 3 consecutive off days a week? I just need an hour to get my workout in, but with twins there isn't a free hour when they are awake.

I do shift work and I do my workouts on my off days. I have an hour commute each way plus a 12 hour shift so there's no way I'm spending an hour working out when I get home. Not to mention a 3 year old and a 1 month old at home as well.

Do body weight training at home. Those kids are priority #1 as you know ha. I have a 3 month old and demanding work schedule. It's hard finding time to lift now. I could only imagine twins... good luck

Does it really take an hour to get dressed? If you can cut it in half, you've found yourself 30 minutes. Plenty of time to knock out several rounds of bodyweight exercises. You can also do something at work, even if its just making a few laps around the building at lunch. In your circumstance, doing anything is better than doing nothing.

I have a friend that hits the gym at lunch. I'm not sure that's a solution for you, but it works for him.

What kind of work do you do? How long is your commute? Like the poster above said, do you need an hour to shower and get dressed?

Congrats! I have twins as well and have gone through it all! They are two now.
I'd crunch them into the 3 days. I also don't see a problem doing it at 9. Just do a shorter workout with giant sets and spread that out and get your volume in.

I'm a police officer, so laps at work wouldn't work out well. Commute is about 45 minutes from Hammond to br.
I could probably cut down on morning routine and fit something in, and then again in the afternoon when I get home.
