Little body weight workout I’m throwing together for tonight

100-150 push-ups
60 pull-ups
150 air squats
100 weightless back extensions
200 sit-ups
150-200 flutter kicks
200 jumping jacks
50 toes to bar
20 muscle ups
Jog 2-3 miles (light 8 minute pace)
Gotta earn those calories I’m going to eat later. I miss anything?

Yesterday I did a 20 min EMOM
5 pull ups
5 push up
10 sit up
and thats after doing 3-5 reps body weight bench then 155 hang cleans alternating every 40sec for 20 rounds
