Left leg fatigues quicker than right leg during hiking/running.

Anyone had this problem? The burn in my left calf and quad always starts sooner and is always much worse than my right leg which seem to always do fine.
I find myself favoring the right leg to push through some serious elevation when I don't want to stop.

I do think I may have a pinched nerve, as I get a dull pain in my neck and left arm when driving long distances and in my leg when sleeping.
But this is a muscle burn and doesn't feel anything similar. You think they could be linked?

I’m not a Doctor, but if you’re having dull pain on the left side, the correlation cannot be a coincidence.
A nerve issue will cause muscle atrophy on the affected side. If you hit the gym and did iso-movements to compare your left and right side, you will probably see a significant difference in strength and endurance between left and right.
You need to find out where the nerve issue is occurring because it can lead to continuous issues on the left side; even if they are able to alleviate the nerve pinch point.

Could be a nerve issue.
May also be a circulatory issue. My wife's side of the family suffers from blood flow issues in their legs and one of the symptoms is fatigue in the legs, usually along with some dull pains.
Three of her brothers and her dad have all had stents placed in their legs to help with circulation.

Another possibility.

That's what I was originally thinking. My mother had varicose veins, although I don't as far as I know.

I’m a doc - make sure that this isn’t peripheral arterial disease
