I just turned 40 and have bouts with Ulcerative Colitis. I am also starting to think I am having symptoms with dairy the older I get. Has anyone taken a lactose intolerance or food allergy test? There are a lot online but not sure how reputable these are.

Talk to your GI dr. about it.

These are all wishy washy, you might pop sensitive today and not pop a month later. Save your money, just cut dairy for two weeks and see if you’re any better.
