Joint health?

What's your best go to for joint health? Other than warm up, stretching, etc. Do you have a go to supplement like Bio Flex or whatnot?

Walmart store brand glucosamine/MSM tabs, the kind with boron and hyaluronic acid in them, plus muscletech's collagen powder. I have noticed the difference after adding collagen.

You add the collagen powder to your protein shake?

What do you notice? Less joint pain?

Yes, or any other strongly flavored drink. It's "unflavored", but tastes heavily of straight-up collagen, and that is not the greatest.

Sorry for earlier brevity.
Yes, much more comfortable movement, significant decrease in pain/discomfort. Can't promise it'll be like that for anybody else, bc body chemistry etc., but can confirm that it did so for me.

I’m in 40s and definitely takes longer to warm up but body still feels young as ever if a good 30 minute warm up is possible.
The one concern is a minor left knee injury that ‘catches’ here and there. I’ve wondered if these supplements could heal it over time.
