JP, the creator of Greyskull, is emailing a free copy of his new ebook Quarantactics. It’s all exercises you can do at home with little to no equipment to get people through the quarantine. Go to his Instagram page and follow the link in his bio.

I requested the fileyesterday, but it hasn’t been emailed to me yet. Probably another typical JP scam where he will hype it up only to disappear and claim some super black op needed him.

It's on your spam more than likely. That's where mine went and I immediately thought the same thing as you.

He still owes me lci2 but to give him credit, he is atleast back at it again unlike a while a back.

How is it best to progress with the daily total work method? For example, when do you progress from pushups to close grip, how do chinups progress etc. I know there's been mention before of 5x5 ladders as a goal but there's nothing about this in his quarantactics book.

Well for pushups, he has said in the past at a minimum you need to be able to knock out a no bullshite, no cheating at all set of 50 at any time. So it should be an easy set. Also previously that was the requirement to be able to do dips also, but he urged against them.

For chins the 5 sets of 5 ladders before moving on.

At this time though with everything going on, I just suggest you chase the challenges.

If the goal is aesthetics/fat loss, should training be geared more towards higher skilled calisthenics, such as muscleups and levers, or towards higher performance on the basics? For example the villain challenges.

More performance, but stop overthinking everything. Just work hard.
