Day 5 in the books. Those pushups fricked my world up. My tris were so pumped they hurt.

I felt fairly strong on bench even though my left shoulder has been sore for a week or two.

I'm going to destroy my legs tomorrow and then rest Sunday.

Caught up and did Fridays workout this morning. My triceps are burning from all of those triceps pushups. Yikes. Pull ups are still getting better as well.

Ended up getting 11 reps at 83% so I’m going up 2%. Could have squeezed out a 12th but wasn’t trying to hurt my shoulder.

I'm starting today. My plan is to hit day 6, 7, and 8 all a day early and then on Wednesday hit legs and sneak a rest day in on chest, shoulders, tris, and back.

Then day 9 and 10 will be Thursday and Friday.

Bench press with uncooked pasta on sternum, has to touch noodle but can’t break best I could tell from his videos….

That's exactly what it is. His video explained it. I spent 15 minutes searching on YT before that and only found videos of people making their own pasta.

Went back to IG and listened to his video and he explained it.

Just finished Day 6.

I had to drop back a good ways to control my press enough to not break the pasta.

Tricep pushups were as rough today as they were Friday. Probably needed another day or 2 to fully recover, but I'll survive.

Pullups weren't too bad. Glad to be done. Now time for the Super Bowl and a nice thick sirloin!

I may run by Academy Sports tomorrow and buy one if those weighted fitness bars for doing Cubans this week.

Day 6 done

Pasta was tricky, never done it or even heard of that one. Went light to see then over confident first 3 singles and snapped it on 4th…. Used udon noodle as that’s what I had so maybe not as thick as what he called for using.

Cheers fellas

Welp. Hit 245 on the pasta. That was my max on November 1st

Not crediting this program just a statement of fact.

Didn't have any pasta on had for today, so I used a piece of crumpled up paper towel and tried not to let the paper move ( )

My triceps were screaming at me after doing all of them yesterday morning.

Ready for tomorrow, whenever he posts it

Day 7, Stay the Course is in the books!

Pullups were tough tonight. I got a late start and didn't really want do it tonight, but I sucked it up and knocked it out.

I seen a pretty good reel of some dude using a resistance band for back attack. I may try that next time instead of the sldl.

Honestly, I'm not. Squatober had the big leg focus, but there's enough all around work to benefit your whole body.

This plan leaves way too many holes in an overall body workout.

On the plus side, though, I'm getting better at pullup!

It is not as grueling at Squatober, but I would like it to have a little more. I'm not utterly done when I walk out like I am in October.

Like pork said, I am getting much better at pull-ups.

What I hate is all the negative comments on the IG posts. Quit your bitching and either do it or stop.

The pull-ups this morning whooped me. I try to do them often but think I was still sleeping a bit when I was getting at it

this shite would get on my nerves for sure

but in the end...if you set a big pr in bench, get way better at pullups and get bigger triceps.....pretty successful month overall
