From a Stanford Neurobiologist take these three supplements:

Magnesium Threonate – Doublewood Magnesium Threonate – 300-400mg
Theanine – Suntheanine – 200-400mg
Apigenin – Swanson Apigenin – 50mg

I'm about to try this, hopefully it helps. My problem has been staying asleep. I wake up every hour now.

Interesting, I do try to watch lighter comedies right before bed.

One of my friends tried most of the suggestions and said recently that he mixes a concoction of ingredients that is similar to what they give astronauts to help them sleep during missions in space. It’s been working for him much better than even the prescription aides he had tried in the past.

Everybody has some kind of stress. Maybe it's something you're not conciously aware of.

I was having some issues with this too a while back.

Write down everything you do from about 5pm till you wake up. It'll open your eyes to what you're really doing. I always thought I was doing the same thing over and over, but in reality I was making detours (snack, late shower, looking a the phone for longer than expected, etc...) and I adjusted from there.

I see you said it started after Rona, so they're may be more to it. But maybe try it, won't hurt.

Never? As in “I do not consume alcohol” or “I rarely consume alcohol”? Because once a month is enough to frick your sleep schedule up, cut it out completely if you haven’t. I was a light drinker and slept like shite because I was still dependent on it, and now I don’t drink at all and sleep like a baby

Melatonin worked well for me when i had issues with my sleep. I also read lots of good things about CBD, never tried it though. If it gets too bad maybe there is a point to see a doctor?
