Im looking for this 7 workout full body workout I used to do

It was
Bench
Squat
Bent over rows
Curls

I can’t remember the rest. It was 7 really good workouts in a full body routine.

Why work biceps twice and everything else once? (3B and 4B are primarily supinated elbow flexion workouts).

I think the author meant to say "pull ups" (pronated) rather than "chin ups" (supinated) on 3B. That would add a back workout (which is otherwise absent) and removes the double "bicep" workout.
