I bought the ConCret for my wife and mom. No bloating, no stomach problems, easy to drink. Expensive, but it’s worth it to me if it has the same benefits with no gastric side effects.
Where are you buying it? WalMart constantly has it 30% to 50% off and I will literally buy every single one on the shelf and stock up. Went yesterday but they were out. Will go back on Friday as I am getting low.

Walmart and Amazon. It’s never 50% off in my neck of the woods. Still feels cheap, but I’ve never bought regular Creatine so I have no reference point, and I don’t want to know.

Read through this thread, and I’m jumping on the creatine train at 46 yrs old.
Couple of questions… I’m taking finasteride to help with thinning hair (not male pattern baldness), and I consistently run a BP in the high 120s/130s over mid-high 80s.
Anything I need to change up or keep an eye on once I start creatine?

Change? Shave your head.
Keep an eye on? No, feeling a tiny bit more awesome maybe, seriously, creatine really cuts down on my DOMS, otherwise nothing is noticeable.

Nice head of hair but want to keep it that way. Mainly asking for complications with the fin, or in some I’ve read that creating can cause hair loss.

I've not heard that, not saying there's nothing to it, but I've never heard of that particular interaction. But seriously, "nice head of hair"???? Shave it, join the cult.
