For a board with so many ballers there seem to be a lot of folks who can’t help but talk about how expensive things are.

It is a life saver to those of us who allow it to be. I never thought I would care for exercising or be motivated enough to do it. Buying this bike has been the best gift /investment I've made in years. There are times I've left work and jumped on this bike to take a ride and gotten off it feeling much better (less angry or stressed out). It's not just the bike, but the community and instructors push and motivate you. Several instructors race or run on their own time and you can see their workouts on their Instagram accounts (Christine, Robin, and Matt come to mind). Seeing that from them and other members motivated others into trying these events that they never thought they would. I did my first bike ride throughout my city after having my peloton for a year. It helped me prep even though I was only able to ride outside 4 times in the time before my ride. I'm a believer as well in peloton and it's community. And now, I'm prepping for my first 5k. All I can say is thank you peloton for the endless support and motivation. Definitely helps me deal with my emotions when I need to.
So, no, it did not turn into an expensive clothes hanger

I did a lot of research into trainers and landed on a Peloton and I’m glad that I did.
The trainers are good for someone who is self-motivated, but I don’t think you can compare the trainers to getting an in-home spin class. Immersive experience where they’re coaching/motivating you.
The trainers seemed very boring compared to the Peloton. I’m glad I went with a Peloton over a trainer.
