I find the 80,000+ sellers who sell preworkout and such for a price no one can touch not even bodybuilding.com or any other of those.

How do these guys do it?

FWIW; I’ve always checked exp dates and I’ve never had one problem with anything I’ve ever ordered. I mean I’m getting preworkout $10 less than any retailer plus free shipping.

What brands are you getting, or which do you recommend.

Question is kind of vague for me to answer.

But personally I take “woke af” as preworkout. It’s high stim but you could take 1/2 scoop and get 60 servings out of it.

Everything else I take is either from met rx or optimum nutrition

Often a lot of the product is stolen product. Guys in shipping warehouse steal a box or two and $$$

I’ll be honest, this was a really dumb response.

Yeah I’m sure that happens. But I already stated I only buy from sellers who have sold 50,60,70,80 thousand items and have a stellar history. They’re not stealing that much product.

Hmm recently bought some bulk ingredients to make my own pre workout from Amazon. Came out to 1/6th the price of comparable stuff.

May try ebay next time. Thanks for the rec.

How so? I have been friends with a cellucore rep for a few years now and it is very common to the point where they have to monitor it to try to reduce it because of big buyers complaining about it.

I've been experimenting with a few common ingredients. I think I've settled on a blend that works for me but doesn't have a lot of ingredients so most people wont be impressed. I work out in the morning and then have to go into a stressful office job after, and a newborn when I get home so I need to level out for the rest of the day. I chose full clinical dosages when trying out stuff, not the pixie dust in most blends. I also chose based on long term health considerations.

Food: 1 Banana, 3-4 whole eggs scrambled.
Blend:
1. Caffeine 250-350mg, Powder or pill, I feel this more than coffee. Dosage depends how I wake up feeling and of course your tolerance.
2. L Citrulline Malate 6g, great for pump(if thats your thing) and fatigue. Converts in kidneys. Possibly other positive health effects. Better than just straight taking l arginine which doesnt absorb very well. Not sure on the long term usage of this ingredient yet though.
3. Creatine 5g, its just convenient to take it here, no other reason.
4. Gatorade Powder - Carbs, electrolytes, but most of all... flavor.

Additional Consideration:
1. BCAAs 10g, if I don't have time to eat or if I trained fasted. Not even sure if this makes a difference truthfully.
2. L Tyrosine, still experimenting with, not sure if this does anything for me, the health effects, or if its just expensive dust.
3. Beta Alanine, I'm not sure if this does anything for me besides making my eyeballs itch. Aside from that weird side effect, this sup is a lot like creatine, it's not an instant acting kind of thing it has to accumulate in the body to see the proclaimed benefits. So taking it 3 times a week probably isn't helping anyone outside of having an itchy arse. Theres also some evidence suggesting long term use has some detrimental side effects on the brain, but research is limited.

I've tried some other stuff in the past but they either gave me a stomach ache or nothing at all. Most everything they put in these blends is just bullshite I'm fairly certain.

This blend will keep you going in the gym, but it's going to be even, not a roller coaster ride like some of the hardcore shite. The come off on this blend is pretty smooth which is good for me because I'm usually in office by this time and I get to keep a sweet morning shoulder pump .

Commericially, Animal Fury is very similar but it has Beta Alanine, BCAAs, taste like shite, and cost way more.

Nice. I might do something similar but add yohimbine or cayenne extract to get some sweat going. I need that itch too lol

FWIW there are plenty of recipes out there or you can just copy what the big companies use if you like them. Itll still be a fraction of the cost.

That’s what I thought as first but after numerous purchases, I’ve never had a problem.

eBay is cheaper on workout supplements than any brick and mortar store.
