Thanks! Yes, I have looked into Linus Pauling and nothing he recommends can hurt so may give his protocol a shot and see if I can lower it. I am looking for people who have lowered it succesfully with a certain protocol. There are a lot of scam testimonials trying to sell supplements, so it is difficult - plus many people don’t get their Calcium Score.

I recently had this test and I’m curious about this as well. Dr referred me to a cardiologist and changed my cholesterol medicine.

I read a Keto diet could help lower the score. Anyone have success with Keto?

You should ask for it. It is a simple and can show where in your heart plaque is and how much. I have plaque in my LAD (Lower Anterior Descending Artery) but all other arteries are clean - unfortunately, the LAD is called the widowmaker artery.

You say "simple", but I think it's relatively high in received radiation vs other types of scans.
