It's the next video from Vitruvian Physique! Again, these videos (5 videos total, I think this is #4) are only to help you determine how good your aesthetics are, not your ability.

I like these videos because it does give you perspective on how you can look and what your limitations are.

Enjoy.

My chest isn't all that squared off though. I have long muscle bellies in the bicep but don't have a good peak. Abs are symmetrical. Shoulders are good.

Pretty good, but definitely not elite/pro genetics.

I have wide hips, big obliques, and I don't really know how to grade my chest. I don't have large upper pecs.

I wish he had shown more pictures of shoulders because I don't know how mine grade out.

Yeah, overall not a real good video. Abs, chest, and bicep are good enough.

Abs should be

10 points 8 pack
9 points 6 pack
8 points 4 pack
Take off 3 for assym
Take off 2 for large obliques

Chest should be
10 points squared
9 points round
Take off 3 for assym or large gap
Take off 2 for small gap
Take off 1 for smaller upper relative

Bicep
5 points longer bellies
4 points mid bellies
3 points small bellies
Take off 1 for peak or assym

I think what makes most people's chest genetics suck is shape at bottom and narrow clavicles.
For shoulders, full and rounded which is tough to get unless you have genetics or on exo hormones. My shoulders are one of my strong points. I can attribute it to genetics and heavy pressing in my early days.

Yeah, the vid in the OP is part of a 5 part series.

The first vid, which I have not seen, is about how easy it is for you to put on muscle mass (for me, it's VERY difficult).

The second vid, which I posted a couple of weeks ago, is about bone structure, which is what you're talking about.

Your clavicle and your hips pretty much determine what your shape is. You can't make your clavicle bigger or your hips more narrow.

My shoulders are wider than my hips, but not by much. My shoulders aren't small, but my hips are pretty wide.

I'd rather be ecto than a endo. Usually have better blood sugar levels & thinner skin. My waist was small starting out, it has gradually gotten a little wider as I've added size but on the other hand I've kept my back growing along with delts to keep the illusion of a smaller waist.

Judging by this picture, does anyone want to be an endo?

That's me now but as a kid and throughout my lifespan I'd say ectomorph

One of the saddest threads I've ever seen in here.
