I built a home gym (rack, barbell/plates, cable pulleys, 2 sets spinlock dumbbells, ezcurl bar, bench) and can get a work out in in 60min if I have everything set up with the right weights and then superset or go fast. I have been thinking about switching from a PPL program to one of the PPSA ones so I could always lift 2x on weekend and 2x during work week instead of having a rolling schedule of 3 on 1 off.

I'll say, you won't regret going to ppsa for sure.

I have quite a bit more time now, but when I was working full-time (also in education), going to grad school, and doing an Internship I bought a kettlebell set and a Pilates bar so I could work out at home when I could fit it in. Also would use YouTube videos for HIIT that I could do while I was cooking dinner or would get up 30 minutes earlier in the AM.

I’d also be purposeful in the summer/breaks/weekends to maximize my time and use that to go to the gym and do longer workouts.
