This is so stupid.



1 cup bananas is roughly 200 calories. 1 cup blackberry is 60. watermelon 45.

so 4x the calories for the same volume isnt "significantly" higher?

I cheat. I fill a soup bowl from the frozen bag and heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Great summer dish.
