From Jim’s mouth...
So I must be a bitch. Anyways, I recently gained access to a prowler. How are you programming the intervals? Jim says do 20 minutes minimum, but are you doing 10 seconds work, 30 second break, etc?
TIA

I don’t care when or how you get this conditioning done, and I don’t care whether it happens on your off days or not. This only time this matters is when you live in the Land of the Vag. Do it when you have time. Make time for it. Just get it done. Nobody ever got strong or got in shape by thinking about it. They did it.

Tabata.
I use a sled, but if you're really going hard, I don't think you need 20 min. I can get my heart rate all the way up in a single interval.

I like to do every minute on the minute. I’ll pick a distance/weight that will take about 30 seconds, so I’ll have a 1:1 work to rest ratio. It really all depends what your goals are, because the prowler is so versatile. You can train a lot of different systems with that one piece of equipment.

Yeah I don’t know why he recommends that but it’s in his literature. 2-3 times per week for 20 minutes if your not a “vag.”

Emom. 20 min prolly a bit long though imo for someone like us. Prolly more along 12-15. In forever he gives more direction on this btw

It's like I tell my wife. I can go all out for 5 minutes or I can pace myself for 20.

Here's the thing, you can go heavy as **** with prowler or sled. Tell me James Harrison is a vag for not going 20 min with this:
