It should heal fine just need to take it slow with lower back exercises.....I have been told by the better half that drilling into the concrete isn’t a good idea so it looks like I’m going to splurge and get the RML flat foot. It’s 3x3 and should be awesome. Pretty freaking stoked.

Dave does use westside spacing, but not on the garage line. All others do. My r3 from elite has it and fully welded sides.

Finally pulled the trigger, bout an Xmas gift for myself. Will update with before and after pictures when it’s installed.

I installed some horse stall mats(after wrecking the golf cart trying to move them, that's a whole 'nother story), and bought some CAP weights from academy. "Santa" also has my rogue chan bar under the tree! So I should be lifting very soon at the homestead. Thanks for all the advice, as I didn't have any clue where to begin, even though I've been lifting for 24 years.
