I recently moved out of country and the availability of gyms is pretty limited. I'm looking for home HIIT workouts I can do at home that require little to no equipment to supplement running a couple days a week.

Any good links to routines I can utilize?

if you are running a couple of days a week why not start doing body weight workouts 3 days a week?

for hiit, do sprints and burpees or get a sledge hammer, tire flips etc. sky is the limit. but this folder has a bunch of things you can do as finishers or if you want to start bodyweight conditioning.

Got you approved.

Btw anyone requesting access to the full ebooks folder, just reply back when I ask where you got the link.

I am doing this cause some a-hole took one of the books that had my personal info on it before I could black it out and posted it on 7chan.

Perfect thanks. Yes I suppose I’m really looking for body weight exercises. Just want to tone up and get some definition. Not trying to get jacked up.

How many non steroid users do you see walking around the gym jacked up? Hell how many period? It's not easy to get jacked up.

Bodyweight is fine though as I love that form of teasing and it's usually underrated but I believe if you do calisthenics only you should add as a minimum sand bag work. Start with the 70 lbs brute ball and then go to the rogue balls. Or make your own.
