HELP!! Left Shoulder Torn or Dislocated (LONG)

Anyone here ever experience both a Torn Rotator Cuff as well as a Dislocated Shoulder/collarbone? Not at the same time of course.
I participated in a Physical for work and was required to carry 50lbs of weights in a wooden crate. I completed the tasks without issue and received a fit for duty.
The next morning I woke up and turned the TV on while laying in bed and was using my left arm to support my head. As I was getting up out of bed I used my left arm to push myself up, when I did, I felt a Sharp pain in my left shoulder. Within 20 minutes of initial pain, my left shoulder shut down. The pain, within an hour, became so unbareble I had to go to emergency room.. For me to go see a Doctor, especially the ER, says alot because I normally just tough things out but this feels really bad.
They took x-rays of my left shoulder but would not do an MRI and said that nothing appears to be broken or out of place.(I was pretty certain nothing was broken, having broken my left collarbone twice in middle school, as well as having 4 knee surgeries in the last 20yrs, which it felt more like my knee injuries than collarbone). ER basically said it's just a sprain of sorts and it will work itself out with wearing a sling. If the problem gets worse, report back to the ER/doctor.
I felt like the ER did not believe me in what I described the pain and injury to be. (Shoulder feels unsupported by muscle and just hangs out of position and feels like the bones are separated from muscle or tendon and feels like everything has come a loose in my shoulder.
The pain is constant but has lightened alot but it still grabs me numerous times throughout the day and produces a yell or holler on occasion.
Nights are the worst part of the pain and discomfort. Cannot lay on left shoulder at all nor can I lay flat on my back due to the weight load from arm which causes the shoulder to shift into unnatural positions.
The center top section of my shoulder is extremely sensitive to the touch. So much, that a pillow or a blanket touching it causes me to belt out. I cannot lift arm above my head nor can I rotate it without Sharp pain at the top of the should and across the front of the shoulder.
I feel like either the shoulder or collarbone is dislocated which is causing the misalignment of shoulder structure. I've never dislocated a shoulder nor have I ever torn a rotator cuff only broke collarbone, and this pain and discomfort is way worse. Of I knew it was dislocated is get someone to snap it back in but I don't want to cause more damage to it based off of my assumptions.
If you have experienced both, shoulder dislocation as well as Torn Rotator Cuff, what is your opinion on what the injuries feel like?
I'm going back to the DR. Tomorrow to get a referral for an orthopedic DR so I can have an MRI completed and know once and for all on what the problem is.

Forgive me, apparently I'm as big of a moron as I've always believed myself to be, unless you really are too dense to figure out what I was trying to say. We both know that's not the case though. I admit I am an idiot... You, however, coming in hot, burning me for displaying my inferior intelec, has added valuable substance to the thread and the board as a whole is better because of your input. The next one is on me Sir, I insist!

Good. There are a ton of small things you can tear in the shoulder. It's as complex as musculature gets.
I hurt mine one time and did not see the doctor bc I'm stubborn and dumb. I'm glad you're being smart. It was months kf affected movement patterns, and I wasn't even lifting when it went.

A classic sign with an AC sprain.
Yes, the pain can be severe to touch and with any movement of the arm.
I’ve seen people act like their arm was falling off with this. Kinda like you’re saying.
I’ve actually been dealing with this for over a month and it sucks.

My shoulder bothered me for a long while, until me having to sleep half upright in the recliner was the last straw for the wife. Went and tried dry needling and therapy to no avail, so had the MRI done. 1/4" tear in supraspinatus. Wanted to avoid scoping it for something that small, so anti inflammatory meds, and being careful with certain exercises has pretty much conquered it. Hope you can get by without being cut on.

Sounds awful lot like AC joint to me.I separated mine once, excruciatingly painful.Could also be supraspinatus tear,I did that also.AC joint was more painful.
I never did surgery,I just toughed it out and they finally got well.Dr.gave me option for surgery and I declined. He did send me to P.T.,basically for range of motion exercises. It is important to do that so as not to get “frozen”shoulder.

I just had rotator cuff surgery last month. Dr Hatzis at BROC. Highly recommend. Pain at night in bed was the worst. Recovery has been quicker than I expected.

AC Joint damage is what the doctors are thinking. Today they took more x-rays because the first set did not show anything concerning but the Doctors said they can visually see and feel something out of place in my left shoulder compared to the right shoulder.

The Best Rotator Cuff Strengthening Routine (BULLETPROOF YOUR SHOULDERS)
Jeremy Ethier
I added these in at the end of my shoulder day. Only a couple weeks on them but feels reassuring
