250 normal on pairs
Scene a few prostyle singles made for Kroc rows up to 350
Scene circus dbs up over 500 but they are just strong man implements. Hell I'm sure rogue will have some that big at the Arnold strongman and I'm sure worlds strongest man will have some bigger than that

I think the circus dumbbells are around 350 pounds in competition. I think that is the heaviest they compete with.

Hahaha you got the damn bug now. Told you buying that garage gym was gonna have you always looking to add something at all times.
it's awesome though. Pumps me up that somebody else has a passion for the equipment like me.

I haven't. My coworker knows Paul Fletcher though and I might get some help from him.

You'll learn a lot from Paul as well
I want to say he was bodybuilding before powerlifting

Good dude. Worked out at his gym for years.

The club I worked out at in college had dumbbells up to 225. I never saw them moved. I did see a guy once using the 215's to do bench flys. Rumor was he was an ex-NFL player and at the time a WCW performer.

Can't find too much info on his career. I found a page with some records that he holds in a masters division.

Flyes with 215 is world class

Best I got on flyes was like 120 or something like that.
Posted on 1/31/18 at 10:08 am to The Silverback
He had many people staring. He was a very large individual.

I imagine so. I used to do a lot of flyes before I injured myself. And I had a bad experience doing heavy flyes with fat grips.
Which do you think is better, a 1050 pound deadlift with straps or 525 pound dumbbell shrugs with no straps (525 in each hand)?

Overall the 1050 deadlift is more impressive but holding 525 pounds in each hand without straps is insane

Fletcher is a great dude.
